As a Crew Specialist, you are responsible for the implementation of our crew policy. You will ensure that crew changes and crew planning for the vessels are carried out as efficiently as possible. This is a challenging but very varied and dynamic role that often requires you to be creative and alert. You will also be co-responsible for the recruitment and selection of seafarers, liaising with agencies and our crew members. This will involve regular visits to the vessels.

Who we are looking for?

You are good at planning and keeping track.
You enjoy being involved in operational activities.
You work and think at a minimum MBO 4 level.
You can work effectively with customers, seafaring colleagues and the internal organisation.
You will be able to work with various automated systems and have knowledge of administrative processes.
This role requires flexibility, including availability outside office hours and willingness to travel to vessels (up to once a month, for 1-3 days per trip).
A driving licence is preferred for this position.
Experience in an HR or planning role would be an advantage and a good match for the skills required.
